Sabine and Serene are a Berlin-based strategy duo who have merged their expertise and years of experience to create STRATEGGY. In their kitchen, no recipe is repeated twice, because every brand deserves its own set of ingredients.


  • Founder & Strategy Lead

    With over a decade of global experience across agencies, tech companies, and in-house leadership roles, Sabine is a brand strategist known for blending analytical thinking with creative precision. Her career spans continents; from leading Procter & Gamble’s global communications at Leo Burnett MEA, to redefining marketing strategy at Exotica, and driving experience innovation at HERE Technologies and Momentum Worldwide. She has worked across diverse markets including Germany, Brazil, South Africa, India, and the Middle East, building a deep understanding of cultural nuance and consumer behavior. Today, as Founder of STRATEGGY, Sabine brings this global perspective to craft sharp, original brand narratives, tailored, never templated.

    Serene is a strategic communications consultant with over 18 years of global experience across tech, digital health, venture capital, and high-growth startups. She specializes in helping organizations communicate with clarity and purpose both internally and externally, aligning messaging with mission and momentum. With a strong focus on executive communications, healthcare, and market expansion, Serene brings a thoughtful, goal-driven approach to every engagement. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and experienced across EMEA and North America, she works seamlessly across borders and boardrooms. Serene is also the founder of The CEO Signal, and is specialized in communications coaching at all seniority levels and organization types.
